Stannah Solus Straight or Curved Stairlifts

The Stannah Solus Stair Lift differs from the Sofia in that the chair can be either be upholstered in leather or fabric, not vinyl.

A range of attractive shades of colour is available (please see the pictures).

Similarities with the Sofia:

a. the rails are available in bronze or silver for straight lifts

b. the hand control is specially designed for easy movement by for example arthritic hands (please see the picture)

c. the arms are adjustable and the link bars are removable to facilitate wheelchair transfer

d. the chair comes with manual swivel levers as standard, but an optional two-way powered swivel is optional (for use at the top or bottom of the stairs)

e. the seatbelt can be fastened with one hand

f. the footrest has safety edges that will stop the stairlift if it encounters obstructions.

g. the seat height is adjustable.
