Wheelchair users and seated patients are at high risk of developing pressure sores. They need a reliable cushion that will prevent the onset of these sores and where necessary assist in the management of existing sores. This Gel Cushion has a carefully designed ‘no lump´ gel sac with bactericide incorporated into a foam exterior. The Gel Cushion assists patient movement and gives excellent stability in use. The Gel Cushion reduces interface pressures and provides high conformity giving specific ischial and perineal pressure protection.
